What happens after you send this
- We reply within one working day, from a person and not an autoresponder.
- We book a 30-minute intro call, by video or at our office in Utrecht.
- In that call we look at your legal form, your invoice volume and what you have running now, and you get a concrete proposal with a fixed monthly fee per entity.
- Do you want to proceed? Then a full switch takes five working days, and we run it in parallel with your current bookkeeper so nothing stops.
Useful to include
Nothing is mandatory, and the more you send the more concrete the first call gets:
- Your legal form: sole proprietorship, BV, or a BV with a holding above it.
- Roughly how many sales and purchase invoices you process per month.
- Whether you have staff, or pay yourself as director-shareholder.
- What you use now: bookkeeping software, an invoicing tool, a payment provider.
- Whether a funding round or a due diligence is coming up.
What we can and cannot help with
We handle bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and corporate tax returns, the year-end close, dashboards and investor reporting. Strategic and financial advice, tax planning, valuations and the statutory audit of annual accounts are a different profession and are not part of our plans. If your question belongs there, we will say so in that first call rather than halfway through.
Where to find us
Our office is at Varrolaan 100, 3584 BW Utrecht, open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, and we work with startups across the Netherlands. Everything runs digitally, so an intro call by video is the normal route and you never have to drop off paperwork. We have no phone number yet, so email is the fastest way to reach us.
