    How switching works

We complete a full switch within five working days. We take over your current bookkeeping, connect your bank accounts and tools, import your historical data and set up your dashboards. If you already have a bookkeeper or accountant, we run the migration in parallel and only switch over once everything is running on our system. You have nothing to worry about.

    What's included

    • Full bookkeeping and financial administration
    • VAT and corporate tax returns and the full year-end close
    • Live dashboards and KPI insight
    • Investor-ready reporting
    • A dedicated bookkeeper who knows your administration
    • A fixed monthly fee, no time-and-materials and no hidden costs

Payroll is not included in the monthly fee: it always costs 20 euros per employee per month, payslips and the payroll tax return included.

What we do and don't do

Being explicit about scope saves everyone time. We handle your administration, your filings, the year-end close and your reporting: we make sure your figures are correct, current and readable, so you can steer on them and an investor or bank can rely on them.

We do: bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and corporate tax returns, the year-end close, dashboards and investor reporting, payroll, and the administrative side of WBSO.

We don't: strategic or financial advice, tax planning and structuring, valuations, financing advice, and the formal audit of annual accounts. Run into a question like that and we'll say so rather than improvise, and we can point you to a party that does it for a living.

    Who it's for

We work with startups and scale-ups across the Netherlands, from your first VAT return to the administration around a Series A. Whether you're just starting out or have already raised funding, you get a financial foundation that grows with you.

    A specific structure?
