Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We'll prorate the difference and the new plan applies from the next billing cycle.

Every sales invoice and every purchase invoice, receipt or expense claim we process for you. Bank transactions and internal splits, such as VAT splits or a payment-provider payout, don't count. That way you can estimate your number in advance and verify it afterwards.

Basic portal access is included on all plans. White-label investor portal with custom branding is available as an add-on for the Growth and Scale plans.

Every plan includes the full year-end close in the bookkeeping platform. A formal (accountant-reviewed) set of annual accounts, for example for filing with the KVK or for investors, is available as an optional add-on at an agreed fee.

Yes, prices are per entity (per BV / administration). A holding usually has very few invoices, so its administration stays compact.

No. Onboarding and the migration of your current bookkeeping are part of your monthly fee. You start with no surprises.

Your plan is based on your average volume. If you're structurally above or below your plan, we adjust it together.

Yes, at any time. Payroll always costs 20 euros per employee per month, payslips and the payroll tax return included. No setup fee, and the price doesn't change with the number of pay runs.

No. Our plans cover your administration, your VAT, payroll and corporate tax returns, the year-end close and your reporting. Strategic and financial advice, tax planning and valuations are a different profession and aren't part of our plans; for those we point you to a specialised party.
